Term Dates
At Starfish we run our program in 4 terms. Our terms don't always align with the public school system. During the year we only break for one week in between each term. Over Christmas we break for four weeks.
In each term break we run our week swim intensive.

Make ups
At Starfish we do allow makeup classes for missed classes if you notify us in advance, either via the portal or in person.
There is a maximum of 3 makeups per term. We don't guarantee you will find a suitable available makeup class. We offer makeups as a courtesy.

What We Do

Starfish Swim School is a purpose built learn to swim swim school. Teaching kids from the ages of 6 months to 13 years.
Our heated 33 degree swimming pool is perfectly tailored  for these age groups. We run Infant Aquatic classes where the parent accompanies the child in the water until the child is 3 years of age. Learn to Swim, 3 years and up. This is when students swim independently from their parents and start to learn to basics of swimming right through to being proficient in all 4 swimming strokes. Pre Squad, extending the distance the students swim and introducing them to more of a competitive environment. We also run private lessons. Provide intensive school swimming programs for local schools. Holiday programs in school holidays and run our very popular Water safety sessions every second term.
